Beachland was misunderstood before we arrived on April 10, 2021 in Nuevo Vallarta. It was thought to be an exclusive area for Estates owners while the facilities in Jalisco were being finished.
After several days of fun and walking Beachland, it can now be described as four not so separate areas.
Starting at the Grand Bliss Pool and SkyDream Gondola Station #1, you will walk through a jungle area along a man-made stream and come to the new Salum section. This is a play area with many eateries that serve traditional Mexican food and drinks. It is very colorful at night, being lit with hanging lights throughout the area.

Walking south toward Puerto Vallarta, we come to remnants of the former Mayan Palace pool. Balche was and still is a favorite restaurant there, and now it has more tables and chairs for expanded capacity.

Moving south from the Mayan Palace pool is the former Infinity section of the Mayan Palace pool. In this pool, which as you will recall is very large, is one of the largest swim-up bars on the property. This pool is used by Grand Luxxe owners as well as Mayan Palace and Grand Bliss owners who moved away from their pools for a moment.

The fourth is the Estates area. This includes the former Luxxe Adulto pool and now includes tiers of shaded lounges where guests read, sleep and stay for the afternoon. This facility is close to the newly named Puerto Manjar restaurant, formerly the Punta Arena.

Beachland is not complete. There is a large, new building that will house shops and restaurants. This is under construction next to the Gondola Station #1, next to the Grand Bliss pool.
The bottom line is there are many wonderful things to do in an enormous area. It is a wonderful place to spend a Holiday or other vacation for a week or two.
