Riviera Maya is a resort district following the coastal Highway 307. This highway parallels the Caribbean coastline of the Mexican state of Quintana Roo, located on the eastern portion of the Yucatan Peninsula. The Riviera Maya resort district includes the city of Playa del Carmen (11 miles south), the town of Puerto Morelos (8 miles north), the village of Tulum and the town of Felipe Carrillo Puerto situated 40 kilometers (25 mi) to the south of Tulum.

All facilities are located on approximately 375 acres about 11 miles north of Playa del Carmen and 27 miles south of Cancun. This large and beautiful property provides guests with a feeling of privacy and luxury.
